District D is defined by the following boundaries (counterclockwise from the North): I-80, McCarran Boulevard, US 395, Plumb Lane, Terminal Way/Greg Street, the Truckee River,  Kietzke Lane, Prater Way/4th Street, I-80 District D encompasses many historic and diverse Reno neighborhoods — including Downtown Reno, the Wells Avenue District, Old Southwest Reno, and part of the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony.
